These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Persoconta, available at https://persoconta.com.
By using Persoconta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Persoconta is a SaaS platform for managing and synchronising professional and personal contact data.
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Persoconta is offered on a paid subscription basis.
All billing and payment processing are securely handled by Paddle, the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.
By subscribing, you agree to Paddle Buyer Terms & Conditions and Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.Cancellations and billing issues can be handled through Paddle or by emailing support@persoconta.com.
You agree not to:
Use the Service unlawfully or abusively;
Copy, reverse-engineer or modify the software;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
Share or resell access without written consent from SAS ASOKUMAR IT.
All content and software belong to SAS ASOKUMAR IT or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence for internal or personal use only.
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.By using Persoconta, you consent to processing by SAS ASOKUMAR IT as described therein.
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.SAS ASOKUMAR IT may update or discontinue the Service at any time.
Either party may terminate use at any time.
SAS ASOKUMAR IT may suspend or close accounts for breach or non-payment.
To the extent permitted by law, SAS ASOKUMAR IT shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by French law.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Nancy, France.
