This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made for Persoconta services operated by SAS ASOKUMAR IT.
All transactions are processed securely by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.
Purchases are subject to Paddle Buyer Terms & Conditions.
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, as required by EU consumer law and Paddle policy.After 14 days, refunds are not guaranteed unless mandated by law.

Alternatively, you may request a refund through Paddle Support.
For renewals, the 14-day refund period applies from the renewal date.
Cancellations after renewal do not automatically entitle a refund.
